Notes on Trading & Order Confirmation Statement
- The quantity of products offered on this website is limited. Please complete the order process as soon as possible after selection. Placing items in your shopping cart does not mean you have completed the order. If another user completes the order process before you, the system will notify you that the item is sold out. Please remove it from your shopping cart.
- You must place an order according to the mechanism provided on this website for confirming product quantity and price. The company will accept your order unless it is rejected with valid reasons within 2 working days after the order is placed.
- This website may set a maximum order quantity per consumer for specific products. If a consumer places an order exceeding this maximum quantity or if the same consumer places repeated or multiple orders using multiple accounts, this website is only responsible for shipping up to the maximum quantity to a single consumer.
- The submission or placement of an order by a consumer does not imply the establishment of a sales contract. SUUNTO Taiwan reserves the right to accept or reject orders, to determine whether a transaction is concluded, and whether to ship the goods. Notification will be provided through shipment or a separate confirmation mechanism after the contract has been established.
- In the event of incorrect pricing, erroneous prices, out-of-stock items, etc., SUUNTO Taiwan reserves the right to terminate the contract between both parties upon confirmation of such circumstances, and the order shall be null and void from the outset.
- The delivery of products from this website will be carried out according to the method you select and specify when placing your order. The product price does not include shipping fees. However, if you meet certain promotional conditions, our company will bear the shipping costs according to the shipping method you choose. If, due to a partial return of products, you no longer meet the free shipping conditions, our company will deduct the original shipping cost for that order (shipping costs are subject to the website's published rates at the time of order) from the amount of your refund upon cancellation.
- You must exercise your right to cancel the contract within the 7-day cooling-off period, as stipulated by Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, starting from the day the goods are received. Please note that the cooling-off period is not a trial period and is solely for your evaluation of whether to purchase the product. If you actually use the product, it may affect your right to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
- If the Company needs to refund you based on laws or contracts other than the Consumer Protection Act, you agree that the Company will handle it in the following ways:
1. The refundable amount will be converted into an equivalent store credit. The store credit must be used within the specified period. If it expires, it cannot be used, and you may not request any form of compensation.
2. Store credit is limited to the member's personal use and cannot be transferred, cashed out, exchanged for cash, or converted into gifts.
3. Store credit from canceled orders and returns will be returned to the member's account with the same validity period as the original.
